A typical coaching engagement is for 6 to 10 sessions of coaching via telephone. Chad is also available for in-person coaching with individuals, teams, and staffs and is experienced in using tools such as MBTI and StrengthsFinder.
Chad's coaching clients range from senior/ executive pastors of megachurches to church planters who are just getting started, to denominational and para-church leaders, to leaders in business and professional service firms.
Like most professional coaches, Chad offers a free trial coaching session to those who are interested in learning more.
Chad also brings coach training to churches, seminaries, denominations and other organizations who can benefit from having members, staff and supporters trained in how to use coaching to more effectively reach goals and increase performance.
Chad has trained hundreds of people through Western Seminary, Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching and Coach Approach Ministries' Fast Track Coach Training. And he offers this same hig-quality training to organizations and individuals who are interested.
